William Roff
Joint Chief Executive - Aviareps PLC
Bill holds a Masters Degree from Oxford University and has some 20 years' experience in the travel industry within both the airline and tour operating sectors. This has included a variety of marketing roles with companies such as Air Europe and First Choice Holidays.
He joined Aviareps in 1991, initially based in Germany as product development manager, and then at UK Head Office responsible for the marketing of all client airlines in continental Europe.
In 1994 Bill was appointed marketing director and, since the establishment of Aviareps PLC as a standalone company in 1997, he has been joint chief executive with responsibility for client services, marketing and new business development.

Robin Dobson
Joint Chief Executive - Aviareps PLC
Since the establishment of Aviareps PLC as a standalone company in 1997, Robin has been joint chief executive with core responsibility for sales and commercial direction.
Robin is an experienced travel professional with more than 25 years in the industry. He joined Aviareps in 1994 as sales and marketing manager for Air Seychelles, and later assumed the role of general sales manager for all scheduled services products before taking on his current position.
His career has spanned the retail and business travel arena with key brands such as Thomas Cook, HRG and American Express, as well as senior positions with British Caledonian Airways and Forte Hotels.

Rob Holwell
Group Finance Director
A qualified accountant, Rob joined Aviareps in 2001 after
27 years in senior finance roles in the aviation industry. He served
six years as finance director for British Caledonian's tour operating
subsidiary, Blue Sky Holidays, before moving into aviation and spent
12 years as head of finance for Air UK and Leisure International
Airways.

José Luis Perera
General Manager, Aviareps España SL
José Luis joined the Aviareps Spanish team in 1994 following a successful career with KLM covering a range of responsibilities, from reservations and airport operations to the direction of regional sales and marketing activities.
Appointed as general manager in 1999, José Luis has overseen expansion of the Aviareps’ organisation in Iberian Peninsula from four locations in 1994 to the current network of ten offices throughout Spain and Portugal. His Aviareps career has been distinguished by the achievement of consistently excellent results.

Antje Voss
Market Development Manager Europe
Antje’s business career to date includes stints working in Germany, Spain, USA and Luxembourg with companies such as Lufthansa, Iberia and Luxair. Antje joined Aviareps PLC in 2008 and has direct responsibility for client accounts promoting tourism to Mexico and Thailand. She holds a Doctorate in Philosophy/Philology and is fluent in several languages.

The Aviareps PLC Group employs some 100 marketing, sales and administrative staff across its network, providing business development, marketing and sales support, reservations, ticketing and finance services. Additionally the Group employs business consultants, IT professionals and public relations consultants to give focus to projects which require specific expertise.
